What are cookies? How does Utsavsarees.com use cookies on its site?

| Steps to delete cookie files using Internet Explorer: |
| In order to delete the cookies we need to open the Internet Options dialogue box within Internet Explorer, so click on TOOLS at the top of the screen, then on INTERNET OPTIONS as shown below: |

| Next, click on the Delete Cookies button as pointed out in the image above. |

You will be prompted to confirm the cookie deletion (see image above), simply click the OK button to remove the cookies.
Steps to delete cookie files manually
To manually delete cookie files from your computer, follow the appropriate steps in this section for your version of Internet Explorer.
Warning Cookies may contain information for a customized Web page or logon information for a Web site. Before you delete your cookies, you may want to export or save them. If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or later versions, use the Import/Export Wizard in Internet Explorer to export your cookies.
Steps to determine your version of Internet Explorer
To determine which version of Internet Explorer you have installed on your computer, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type iexplore.exe, and then press ENTER. 2. On the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer.
Note If you do not see the Help menu, you may have to click the arrows in the upper-right corner to reveal it. In the About Internet Explorer window, the version that is installed is listed next to Version.

1. Exit Internet Explorer 7, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.
3. On the General tab, click Delete under Browsing History in the Internet Properties dialog box.
4. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Cookies.
5. In the Delete Cookies dialog box, click Yes.

1. Exit Internet Explorer, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies in the Internet Properties dialog box, under Temporary Internet Files.
4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.

Steps to manually delete cookie files for Internet Explorer version 4.01 or version 5.0 for UNIX on HP-UX or Sun Solaris
1. Change to the .microsoft folder in the user's home folder.
2. Change to the Cookies folder in the .microsoft folder.
3. Delete all .txt files that are located in this folder. For example, delete the user@www.example.com.txt file.

To verify that the cookie files are deleted, follow the appropriate steps for your version of Internet Explorer.

1. Exit Internet Explorer 7, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer. 2. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER. 3. In the Internet Properties dialog box, on the General tab, click Settings under Browsing History. 4. In the Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialog box, click View Files. This opens the folder where your cookie files are stored.
5. In the folder that you opened in step 4, verify that there are no .txt files.
Steps to verify that the cookie files are deleted for Windows 98, for Internet Explorer 5, and for Internet Explorer 6
1. Exit Internet Explorer, and then exit any instances of Windows Explorer. 2. Click Start, and then click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER. 3. In the Internet Properties dialog box, on the General tab, click View Files under Temporary Internet Files. 4. In the folder that you opened in step 4, verify that there are no text files.

Netscape Navigator 4.x
In Netscape, all cookies are stored into one file, called Cookies.txt, in the user preferences folder, making them easy to find and delete. The folder can be located by using your file management software to search your hard disk drive for "cookies.txt".
Users of Netscape Navigator 4.x may also stop cookies from being written to the hard drive, by making the cookies file read only. However, even if the browser can't "write" cookies to the hard drive, it can still cache them, and it may create a new cookie file.
Opera
For Opera 6.0, go to Files on the tool bar. Click on Delete Private Data. Then select what cookies you want to delete. Usually, a cookie has a name that is the same as or similar to that of the web site that provided them.
Users of Opera may also stop cookies from being written to the hard drive, by making the cookies file read only. However, even if the browser can't "write" cookies to the hard drive, it can still cache them, and it may create a new cookie file.
