1. For the convenience of our customers we have divided our products in five major categories- New Arrivals,
Best Sellers, Today’s deal, Featured Items and sale. In addition to fresh arrivals of more than 500 contemporary
designs everyday, Utsav offers you best deals and discount offers for the exclusive shopping experience. Best sellers
include our last week best selling items, thus making the selection easy for the customer. They can easily find their kind
of products with a single click.

2. Now to begin shopping, first select the category from the tool bar.
Suppose you are ordering from new arrivals, click on ‘New Arrivals’ category.

The page opens up displaying all fresh updated catalogs with their price range.
Click on ‘View Catalog’ to view a particular catalog.

3. You are then directed to the page showing the products of particular catalog, prices and add
to cart or add to wish list options. Note: ‘Add to cart’ option enables you for on the spot shopping while ‘Add to wish list’
temporary save the items on your computer for future reference.

4. To view more information about the product, click on the picture.
The page opens up with the enlarge view of the product, in-depth description,
product ratings, shipping and stitching charges, measurement form and also enables
you to add the product to your shopping cart. Click on the ‘Add to cart’ button to continue shopping.

5. The single click on ‘Add to cart’ button leads to another page showing the item in your cart.
Here you will be able to Add, Delete or Save products for future purchases in your shopping cart. Update
the changes in your shopping cart with the ‘Update option’. In order to shop for more then one product click on
‘Continue shopping’ button and add more items to your cart. Once you finished shopping click on ‘Secure Checkout’ button.

6. Now, you are on the Billing info page. You are required to fill in your personal information such as
your first and the last name, address, contact number and email address. Also choose your method of payment
from the given options. Click on ‘Proceed to Next Step’ for next move.

7. The above option will lead you to Order review page. This page
displays your shipping information, billing information, shopping cart and discount options. You can edit
your shipping and billing information with the ‘Edit’ button.

In case there are any discount codes offered by our site, you can fill them in Redeem column for
extra discounts. Write your instructions if any in the ‘special instruction column'.

Once you are confirmed that you have filled all the necessary information, click on ‘Place my order’.
Your order will only be processed if you click on this button.

8. A single click on above button leads you to next page i.e. shipping info page.
This page finally shows your order no. and all your shipping details. You can go back with
the ‘Back’ button to edit details or if the information is correct and up to mark click on ‘Continue’ for Next step.

9. The next page opens up with the detailed billing information. You are required to fill in your credit card details.

Click the ‘Complete order now’ button to finish shopping.
