What is the Express section all about?
 Express section includes items which are in stock and are ready to ship.
 

 

Do I need to pay express shipping charges for these items?
 No, you do not have to pay any additional shipping charges in order to express ship your item.
 

 

I like something in New Arrivals but I dont see that items in Express, is it possible for you to express ship the same?
 Usually no, because express delivery is possible for the items which are available under Express section only. But there is a good possibility that your chosen item can be arranged early, so you can send us an e-mail for more information with the desired item code at info@utsavsarees.com.
 

 

If I order some items from Express section and some from Non Express section, will you ship them seperately or together?
 Normally we will ship when all items of the order are ready. But if you want express items to be shipped separately, you need to pay some nominal shipping charges extra.
 

 

Can I get these items customized?
 Yes, it will take additional 2-3 days if the items ordered need customization.
 

 

I live in a remote area, is it possible to receive an express item on time?
 We ship express orders in 1-2 business days. Delivery time, however, is as per the destination chosen.
 

 

I liked one item, for how long is it expected to be in stock?
 We recommend you place an order for express items at the earliest since these items are ready in stock. Its nature makes them very fast moving. And sometime we create them in limited edition so they get sold out very quickly.
 

 

Can you keep or reserve an item aside for my purchase later so that I can buy it after a while?
 Apologies, but no item can be kept aside or reserved for customers for their later purchase. Item will be delivered to those customers first, who place their order first.
