 Generally, it depends on fabric nature. In case the item is see through then we do add lining with the item. But sometime as per customer requirement lining is done underneath for kameez No extra charges involved for lining.

 Yes, you can choose any style for neckline, sleeves or salwar for all unstitch items. But for readymade items which are available only in standard size it will not be possible.
